Hi can I book an engineer online please as I can not hear on the telephone. The connection is fine to my house 200 mb. however the wifi just does not seem to work. I can not even use my firestick as the connection isnt good enough.
So you're getting a 200 mb wired speed, correct?

Really sorry to hear that you're experiencing some trouble with your WiFi connection.
I've located your account and I can see that you've since spoken with the team in regards to this.
I've checked both the equipment levels and network segment and I've not been able to detect any cause for concern at the moment.
I definitely recommend, however, Changing your Virgin Media Hub's wireless channel.
