connection problem

My Internet has been on for an hour or so but the TIVO box won't connect. It says there was a network error. (C119)

Everything is firmly plugged in. There's no damage. Why can't I get my TV service?

Much better to ring Virgin than wait for an answer here.. can take a week before anyone from Virgin will see your post
