Just swapped the old box for the new Tivo and I get the error message "channel not authorised" how do I fix this problem
It happens on 111 and 113HD

Hi, i am having the same problem with a new Tivo box , with channels ITV1+1 and ITV2. All other channels are working.
What do i do please.

Sorry to read you are having an error message on channels ITV1+1 and ITV2.
Can you reboot the TiVo® box for me please to see if that will now work for you? If you still get the error message we can arrange for an engineer appointment to look into this for you.
