Re: cannot access superhub settings 192.168.0.1

thank you so much. i switched the superhub off and back on again - now i it works - thank you.

the next step is for me to find which channel is the best to pick - I dont want to pay for software to work this out. Are there any free utlities that do this?

Re: cannot access superhub settings 192.168.0.1

The best channel can change throughout the day as other environments in your local area come and go.

Set to Auto, your Superhub will choose the best channel at the time it is started but this may not continue to be the best channel.

If you feel that your wifi performance has diminished, a reboot of the Superhub will give it another chance to choose the best channel.

Your best option is to connect devices to the 5GHz wifi band which is less congested than the 2.4GHz band.

@therads yes you can get free software to scan wifi -> http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/inssider.html as Ernie_C said best to have it on auto using the 5ghz range.
