I have just received my 3.0 hub but have no virgin socket on my wall so how can I connect

Well you could try the old method of standing in the middle of the room with the hub in your right hand held as high as possible and your left leg in a bucket of cold custard.    Smiley Wink

If that doesn't work I'd suggest phoning VM on 0345 454 1111 and arrange a proper installation.

broadband

hi I got virgin media but I have no wall socket can I still set up broadband as I went for the set up no phone line
