Cant activate new 360 equipment

HiI had the new 360 box delivered about 2 weeks ago But I didn't set up until today as I was away on holiday.Its all set up and ready and I have been trying to get hold of VM to activate it  but no joy.Is there another way to activate it with out sit...

New hub

Received a letter to order a new hub for fibre phone service. Cannot find anywhere to order. I do not require a technician appt just the hub
