Pre pull

Hello,I have been told the pre pull for my connection has been completed. I have had a look outside of my property and I can't see no cables or the usual brown box anywhere. Does this mean it hasn't been done.thanks

Order not received

I placed an order 25th September 2023 for delivery on 2nd October, I received confirmation of account number and area code but nothing since and no order has arrived, please can you check on the status of my order
