Worst Service Ever, Trying to Contact VM - Hmmmm

Well switched from Sky to VM for hopefully better service, apart from good installation team would not recommend VM to anyone.

1. Oh no phone from start as no capacity at the exchange, asked for same number as well.

2. Broadband hoping for better connection as Sky over the wire above ground. Guess what NO. When it works great when it doesn't it DON'T. Run tests at the time no problem found hmmm. Keep getting this message now on both PC as I have a home network, hmmm... Getting this message out here took three attempts

  • Check that all network cables are plugged in.
  • Verify that flight mode is turned off.
  • Make sure that your wireless switch is turned on.
  • See if you can connect to mobile broadband.
  • Restart your router.
Fix connection problems
 

3. Lets contact VM oh right no phone, try going to the CHAT option and so far out of the 10+ times I've tried no one or option available. Try calling us!! or write to us.

Well I hope someone from VM see this. Will it spur some action possibly.
