Green wireless light is staying on and base light is flashing green. All devices are connecting to the hub but no internet available. When I open a browser on the computer it takes me to a page that tries to help with connection but after what looks like a quick scan it just says it can't help. Any ideas?
reboot the router, or try 30-30-30 reset: use paperclip insert in reset hole for 30 sec, disconnect power use paperclip again wait 30 sec, power on and use paperclip for 30 sec then let router normal boot. this has similar effect of factory reset. if this faills you may have a faulty router or it experienced a bad firmware upgrade. bad firmware still means faulty router.
