Previously I have complained where there are planned outages we should be told in advance (I also accepted unplanned ones cannot be catered for) Today our BB is down in area 14 ( PCBD2 1LJ) until around 1500 hours. The phone message refers to improving the service to give us better. This is not better it is worse and is not good enough. It is discourteous and inconsiderate and displays a distinct lack of customer care and consideration. Clearly my past comments have gone un-noticed or ignored. VM if other utilities can prewarn so can you!!
