Why service is so slow?

Hello! So i ordered VIVID 200 GAMER three weeks ago... Got installation scheduled for Thursday  9th February 2017. Wednesday i got a call from VM that installation was rescheduled for Friday from 8am to 1pm. Well as i was expecting no one came to install it. I don't understand how hard it is to put a cable through the wall...?

I'm sorry to read of the delay in installing your Virgin Media Services.

 

From checking your connection, the broadband is now showing as active, which is good.

 

Is the internet working ok for you or are you experiencing any further issues?
