Why am I getting two red arrows on my super hub 3.0?

Hi I'm getting red arrows on my super hub 3.0 and won't connect to Internet.. I've also checked that my bill isn't due for 10 days yet.. any ideas what it can be?

Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your Hub. 

 

Are you finding you are losing connection when the Hub does this? 

 

I have tried to investigate further but I am struggling to locate your connection details. 

 

I will pop you a PM to to get some more information. Once we have the details we can investigate further. Keep an eye out for the Purple Envelope, top right hand corner.
