Vivid 100 activation issue

The Internet LED is consistently flashing and I am unable to load virginmedia.com/activation i have tried restarting the hub and unplugging and reconnecting the cables. It there anything else I can do?

Phone 150 provide the details from the labels on the Shub when asked, to activate your Shub
