Virgin Media Fault Ref: F004841712, area ref: 24, postcode MK43 8NF.

Broadband has been off since 08:00, Tues 25th Oct 2016, it is now 12:45 Sat 29th Oct.  Does anyone know what is happening with the fault, which, I believe is due to damaged cables?

Thanks for posting! I am sorry to learn that your internet has been off since posting, I apologise for any troubles.

 

I have run some checks on your connection from here and I can see that your Hub is online however, you're only showing as being locked onto one upstream channel which is very strange and would explain some performance issues.

 

I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and run some further investigations, I will send you a PM (Purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking.

 

Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
