I have run some checks on your connection from here and I can see that your Hub is online however, you're only showing as being locked onto one upstream channel which is very strange and would explain some performance issues.
I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and run some further investigations, I will send you a PM (Purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking.
