Virgin Hub

My Virgin hub keeps losing the signal and today it didn't get it back for hours. Anyone else in the Plymouth area having issues?

Hi Gareth_M,

Sorry about your recent disconnections. I have checked your connection but am unable to locate any current or historic faults that may have caused a disruption.

Are you still having problems with this?

If you are, are these issues with the wireless signal only or with the Internet service itself?

Please provide as much information as you can and I'll do what I can to help. I'll also see if I can get a Mod to move this to the broadband boards Smiley Happy
