My Virgin hub keeps losing the signal and today it didn't get it back for hours. Anyone else in the Plymouth area having issues?
Sorry about your recent disconnections. I have checked your connection but am unable to locate any current or historic faults that may have caused a disruption.

If you are, are these issues with the wireless signal only or with the Internet service itself?
Please provide as much information as you can and I'll do what I can to help. I'll also see if I can get a Mod to move this to the broadband boards
