Very intermittent connections - AL1 area

Hi,

We are currently having real problems with our VM internet losing its connection on a reasonably frequent but intermittent basis. I've called several times and, despite multiple restarts, factory resets, etc. the issue remains. Our neighbours are also having the same issues with their equipment. St Albans area.

We have an engineer booked (for Thursday) but is there a chance the issue is further downstream, to affect us the same way? The issues have been occuring the same length of time (over a week now).

Any advice?

Thanks for letting us know about your issues with an intermittent connection, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tested your connection from here and I can see that your upstream power levels are too high and will require one of our engineers to attend in order to get this resolved for you.
