VM..... Account and connecting to net

Hi, I'm trying to sort out another mobile to connect to Internet. It's my VM...... (Lots numbers account) and it's saying that my password is not correct 🙄😳 how do I go about resetting a password so that this mobile can access net please

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with connecting your mobile to WiFi and logging into your account. Is it your My Virgin Media account or your Virgin Mobile account login that you are having a problem with?

Please let me know and I'll be able to look into this if you are still having a problem logging in and connecting.
