Two routers lost? Yodel, Canceling today if not fixed

I have waited a week now to get my hub, yodel lost the first one and Virgin claimed they sent me a new one and that hasn't shown its face either. I'm tired of this im severely disabled and have been sat at a window waiting in for a week now and its not very fair. If I do not receive what I am paying for I will be cancelling and not a penny paid!
Why are you still using a service that was featured on watchdog and is so terrible and losses 200 packages a day?
