Hi, i had an engineer round yesterday to swap out my old hub and router for a new superhub and V6 box, after plugging in i was informed there was an issue provisioning new equipment at the moment, and it should come on shortly. That was at 2pm yesterday. After Four lengthy calls to virgin i am still without broadband or tv. I am now been told an engineer will revist on the 28th !! What a shoddy service from VM. As someome who works from home quite often, and pays extra for a reliable service this is unaccepable. I have rebooted numerous time, reset the router and tried everything. Does anyone have any ideas how i can get the router provisioned faster than i week? Sorry for the rant !
