Terrible internet ne28 north tyneside

Over the past 5 weeks internet has constantly been lost. Call centre always say an engineer is working on the issue. Internet down again this morning and I've had enough. Can I leave and cancel my services based on rubbish service?

My apologies that you are having issues with your broadband connection.

 

I've managed to locate your account and the upstream power levels are too high at +55 dBmV. I have sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) requesting some details to be able to book an engineer appointment.
