T4 Timeout Intermittent Internet

Hello

I noticed that my connection seems to be dropping out, mainly noticed on my amazon fire TV and wireless printer.  The printer has a scan to Pc which my Pc monitors and it drops out saying printer not found.  but mainly just dropping out now and again.  

I did have an engineer come and sort out high power levels on the connection, but connection not 100% yet, as I don't notice the drops all the time. Any help would be great as not being albe to watch stuff on internet or it stopping is a pain.  Just thinking about it would explain why the Ipad keep switching connection off VM.

the packet loss was a power cut in house so can ignore the 3pm loss

will keep an eye on it but behaving since I posted, must have scared it

this is causing network printer and other devices to lose connection as the no longer have internet access so they move wireless network, not until I notice I cannot print or something else do I notice the loss of connection.  not bad for me but for other family members a real pain. sometimes causes the CCTV to stop recording as it also checks for internet to do it backups

I also have a BT connection and have had no problems at all in last 6 or more years.

Anyone have a solution I could try to fix this problem?

Hi Matt.

I'm gonna flag this for a mod to reply to you as they understand it better than I do.  3 weeks is an awfully long time to be faffing about.Smiley SurprisedSmiley Frustrated

OK Matt it's done.  Someone should be in touch soon.  Hopefully you'll get sorted out.

If you have a Superhub 3 there are latency issues, so that may be causing your problem.

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know that you've noticed your connection dropping out, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have run some diagnostics on your connection and I noticed that there's a lot of time outs building up inside the Hubs logs, this will explain the disconnects. I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate this further for you, I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking.
