Superhub constantly resetting

Hi - my superhub has started constantly rebooting or resetting itself. I will notice a loss of connectivity on a client device then when I try to reconnect, I am often challenged for the network password which the router refuses.
Only after a while will it then reconnect and work for a while.
I'm quite certain the superhub is faulty, how do I get a replacement sent out?

I just called and have been told and engineer will visit.
Only problem is, i was told the earliest they can send someone is Friday morning, so I now have to go most of this week with unreliable internet. It's a real pain as I work from home quite a bit. I also don't hope virgin are expecting a full months payment this month. The issues started last week and have grown steadily worse so I've not have proper service for the best part of 2 weeks

Thought I had written the o/p myself as mine is doing the same, will ask VM to send out a new router save VM sending out a engineer as I can't take time off work.

Ok well it's finally given up and is totally refusing to connect to the internet at all now.
Router internet status gives a message about a registration error

I Am now. Not particularly happy it took Virgin nearly a full working week to send an engineer mind!

And just as I say that, the router has rebooted and I'm running at 8meg instead of the 200 I pay for.
Getting sick of this now, waited a week for fix now I get this, it's beyond a joke

Thanks for getting back to us and apologies you are still having an issue with the broadband connection.

 

I've taken a look at your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine. There have been no time-outs reported since the router has been online, which is good.

 

With the speed tests you completed was that through a wired or wireless connection? If wireless, can you try through wired please to see if there is a difference?
