Superhub 2ac & Vivid 350

Really simple question,  I've been upgraded from 200 Gamer to Vivid 350 (retention deal) however I'm still using my old perfectly fine Superhub 2ac

Will this cause any issues with not having enough downstream channels and or will the 2ac still suffice?

VIVID 350 is only available on the Hub 3.0. Your speed won't change until you get a Hub 3.0.

Perfect,  I'll weigh up the pros and cons of swapping the hub3 back in (speed increase vs additional latency)

Presume it's still simple to swap them back around - doing it via live chat?

As long as it is one you've been sent, then probably.

Although that may then depend how you were changed back to the 2ac if you have already been sent a Hub 3.0

If you're a gamer, I'd keep the 2ac.

If they keep the 2ac they won't get the broadband service they're paying for

Well I tried to activate the Hub 3 which I got when 200 Gamer was installed however this hasn't exactly gone as planned. 

Now both my old 2/AC & 3 no longer work and after 4 hours on the phone with Tech Support no further forward.  Wish I hadn't bothered!

Arguably all the customers experiencing the latency problems with the Superhub 3 aren't getting the broadband service they're paying for either. If I was a gamer, I'd take VIVID 200 on a 2ac over VIVID 350 on a 3 any day of the week. Low latency and jitter is more important than raw speed in this scenario.

I have Superhub 3 and  supposed to be recieving 300mbps Gamer a Package but according the My account I’m on Vivid 350MBPS Optical Fibre, which I did call virgin not that long ago and they said I’m on 300mbps and there’s no such thing as the 350 Package but only for business.

I don't think 350 Has been officially released yet, just being trialled in certain areas.
