Superhub 2, Max Traffic Rate doesn't match package (wrong configuration file?)

Hi,

I upgraded a couple of weeks ago to the Vivid 200 plan, however my Superhub 2 still seems to be on the 50Mbit config, with a downstream Max Traffic Rate of 57500000 bps.

I've tried powering everything off for up to 30 minutes, and also tried switching from Modem mode to Router mode (that didn't work so I switched it back to Modem mode).

Is there anything else I can try at this end or is it something Virgin need to look at?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I'm sorry to read that the up to 200 Mbps broadband speeds has not been configured.

 

I've managed to locate your account and can see that there is an order on your account in regards to this. To discuss this further you would need to call through to us on either 150 free from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111, and we can take a closer look at this for you.
