SuperHub 3.0 IP Password

Hello. I have had SuperHub 3.0 for a few months now.

I have forgot my password for my router access, I have tried - admin, changeme and they don't seem to work, I have lost my sticker that came with the SuperHub 3.0.

Is there anyway of resetting it or will I need to phone virgin media? Thanks.

I know you said you lost the sticker but are you sure there isn't still a sticker on the base of the hub?

Sorry, forgot to add that if you definitely can't find the sticker with the password on it then yes you will need to phone VM who should be able to reset it remotely for you.  Make sure you keep a safe note of it this time.  Phone 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

It's only the wifi password which is on the sticker and the little plastic insert of Hub 3.0.

The Hub 3.0 password for logging into it are on the base of the Hub 3.0.

The password shown on the gummed label is the 8digit No code. [Settings password]

I've found the setting password at the bottom of my router.

I entered the password and it's telling me it's wrong.

Only want to know because my Xbox One is telling me I am on iPv4 I swear it didn't say this a while back.

If you are correctly inputting the Settings password from the label and it is not being accepted then the password must have been changed and your only option is to do a pinhole reset to recover the password to that on the label.

Your Xbox is correctly reporting you on IPv4 as VM do not offer any IPv6 Service. Anyway Xbox's and Hub 3.0s don't play nice together.

I currently run my Xbox One and 360 on my SH2AC.


200Mb(SH2 SH2AC Hub 3.0), 2 X V6 TV XL, Phone M. 100Mb Business (Hitron Hub).
