Super hub 2 traffic light blinking green - no internet access

Hi, this morning suddenly no more access to internet. Try to reset, same result. Can i, please have some help ?

Are you in east London? If so there is a "technical issue" which is obvious. Just no info given as to what the issue is or when it will be restored

Hi, well it was ok since but today again the same issue. I need the internet for my job and this issue is very big for me.

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear of your issues with your connection having no internet access, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested the connection from here and both of your upstream power levels are too high and will need to be adjusted by one of our engineers. I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking.
