I have just been connected on Friday 24th Feb to Superfibre 50 broadband. The engineers said they were having issues activating it but it should be activate later that day. There is a green light on the bottom of the modem. It the green arrows flash green and sometimes red. When I attempt to log into my wifi on my iphone and fire stick it says that it's not active yet. I have tried switching the modem off and on but to no joy. Just thought I would try on here before contacting Virgin by phone. Has anyone else had issues like this and how did you sort it??
