Stop disconnecting during the day!!!

I work from home one day a week as is VERY commonplace nowadays.

Twice today and 3 times last week all connectivity lost and I have to wait 10-15 minutes to we connect.

Frustrating and embarrassing when I have to end meetings because I can see or connect to anything.

Appreciate you need to carry out maintenance but cant you do it between 03 and 07 am when fewer people are likely to be using.

I need to be back online ay half past 1 or my day is wasted

Are you on a business package or just ordinary?

Regular human being who has to work from home and has to rely on a normal residential package to work during the day time or at least be told when it's likely to be unavailable.... and no... "works in your area until sometime February" is not notification when the service is going down.

VM do not provide SLA's for non business broadband.

If this is important you can get a business account which comes with SLA's for availability.

You could also setup a dual circuit for redundancy as another option.

You can get business class for work from home which has more reliability
