Smart Samsung TV won't connect to hub 3. 0

Recently joined Virgin media with the 100mbs speed and hub 3.0

I have separated the 2.4 and 5ghz bands already, and everything seems to connect fine apart from my Samsung smart TV (model number Samsung UE65KS9000)

I've tried to connect it to both 2.4ghz band and 5ghz band separately, but to no avail.

Any idea what to do? Any settings that need changing?
