I'm on 60mb but have seen between 3mb and 23mb (occasionally) these last 2 months.
tonight at 10:15 both BB and TV went down and have been down for 45mins. There's no one answering on 150 and service status says it's ok. Why am I paying £90 a month for this appalling service? After a refund for this month I'm finally cancelling; something I should have done months ago. You can't deliver what you promise and can't even provide proper support.
