I experienced this problem again this morning at 7am. My broadband has been terribly slow and unreliable (speed was less than 1Mb according to Netspeed). My ssh connection will be fine one minute then disconnected and this happens all the time.
Here is the Network Status (I rebooted the Modem 3 hours ago)

Please note the Post RS errors in two channels.
Since April 2015, this problem has occurred many many times. Engineers visited a few times and never solved the problem. In last visit, I was told that the upgrade on my area (#F004742974) will solve the problem. BUT?
Your downstream SNR is too low across all channels, and abysmal on the two channels you mention. This is the cause of the high RS Errors.
It might be worth giving the coax cable a quick check for obvious signs of damage and kinks and connectors are hand tight.
You will need to contact VM again for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.
I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.
Griffin is right, it looks like we're going to need to send a technician to take a look at this. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
