Shub 2 AC Constant reboots

Over the past few months, my SHub 2 AC has been having its Wifi Ap's reset randomly and reboot, the entire Hub reboot, and ive had it happen 3 times in the past 2 hours from the time of this post, is my Shub 2 on its way out? 

Ive even go to the lengths of Hard resetting the unit and having to punch in my network setup again, but the same thing keeps happening.

ring up and get a replacement hub it will take a week or 2 for virgin media staff to get to posts

and maybe get someone out to look at your power levels too

Power levels are within spec, already checked those, if they were out, i would have called.

Since posting this, ive had the wifi ap's drop 5 times, and the modem reboot totally 8 times.

Sorry to hear about this Sythen,

 

I've checked things from this end for you and I can see that an engineer visit has since been arranged.

 

*Remember that someone of the age of 18+ would need to be in attendance for the full duration of the visit.

Yeah, I had to call in and get one arranged as my connection is barely usable, Ill post with a follow up later today.

So, follow up, engineer came out, changed my modem and psu, verified that the line levels were good, problem still exists.

Called support, second line did their thing, didnt fix the issue, called up again, support did their thing, arranged for a senior engineer to come out saturday so the saga continues XD

Just to let folks aware of the issues, the MODEM side of the hub reboots pretty much every hour. the wifi ap's and the web interface remain unaffected, just the modem portion of the hub.

Another follow up, 

After monitoring the connection for a few hours, i seem to have found a pattern, at least in time.

using the modem network logs for reference, ive been logging the time between the connection reboot. and have found that every 53 minutes, the connection drops, and the modem reboots. Ill continue to take notes and see if this is a continuing trend, but the connection has been following this trend since i started taking notes since 01:00 AM this morning.
