Should I leave

How many chances should I give virgin media no service for 11 days and on 5th promise of a date Friday so total of 14 days with no broadband , is it time to say let's go 😩

I can see that we're working on an SNR fault in your area under ref: F005469464, which we're hoping to resolve on the 20th, but as you know, this is subject to change.
