Setting up hub3

Setting up the hub3 for the first time, How long does it take to download the first data? wifi is green and the internet is flickering and the bottom light is white.

I have an ntl box

Shouldn't take more than a couple of hours.

You can check in the logs that the latest firmware has been uploaded. The latest version is 9.1.116V for the Hub 3

Thanks for your reply.

After two hours the internet led is still in flash mode. I might try to restart or contact virgin to troubleshoot

Might also be worth trying to look at the box status on http://192.168.0.1 assuming it lets you connect.

Hi

Yes, I did, the network log is stuck at DHCP renew ...

It has been like that for a while! I did get a text from virgin saying that the like is active.

Guess need to ping them to sort this out
