Hi, I have been a Virgin Media customer since 5th November 2016. I am yet to have my broadband installed. Many days have passed since that date. Apparently there was a blockage and my council needed to issue a permit.
Really sorry to hear you're having install trouble, it's an awfully long time the have to wait!
I've located you account and checked the field notes. At the moment, we're waiting to here back from the construction team in the field to find out exactly what work needs to be carried out, the permissions and a timescale.
I'll keep checking up on this and let you know as soon as we get something back.

That information sort of conflicts with what I was told on the phone. (I spoke to the construction team). Apparently there is a blocked duct, permission from the local authority was required to carry out work which has now been granted. Apparently I am not allowed an update until mid February as they have no further information until that point?
