Service down COMPLETELY

I have no virginmedia service. The home phone's line is dead. Tivo has no signal. Router is dead with the base led flashing green and wifi led solid green. It still shows the SSID in wifi networks but no internet. After some tinkering at 192.168.0.1 i have a ultra-slow connection which I'm using to write this message. All the cables are nice and tight and i have tried off/on multiple times.

Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have had trouble with your speeds.

 

I have taken a look and from what I can see there was a power outage ref F005155670. This has now been resolved. 

 

How have things been looking since you last posted?
