I have been having service outages pretty regularly for the past couple of weeks. I keep running the diagnostic from my phone and get the online message that it will be fixed in 10 minutes or so but then the service fails a few minutes/hours later. Is anyone else having this problem? Thinking of moving provider, whilst they may not be as fast Sky was never this patchy with the service and I am paying £45 per month at the moment .
