Semi-regular Loss of Internet - No Ranging Response received T3 time-out

For the last 3 nights I've experienced the same issue.  Between 21.30 and 22:00 my internet connection experiences a period of latency before almost dropping out completely.  I may have experienced it longer as I noticed other issues prior to that but I have only been gaming these last 3 so may not notice it as much.  The issue lasts for about 20-25 minutes but each time I have reset the modem 1-2 times so this may be a contributing factor.

When I say almost dropping out, I have started using a simple test of continued ping to cnn.com and can see 5-8 no responses to each 1-2 successful returns.  There is some data getting through but not enough to sustain a Playstation 4 Voice/game Party.  I know the issue is incoming as I hear the other players comment my voice quality has dropped drastically and I am cutting out.

Didn't get noticeable loss of connection this evening.  I did get a number of "Lost MDD Timeout" messages though.

Same again for last night.

A handful of Lost MDD Timeout messages and a friend telling me my voice quality dropped once or twice, but no game disconnections or other loss of Internet.

Just switch ISP if you can, Virgin Media are awful at fixing anything area related. There can be numerous calls and complaints but they won't do **bleep**. 

Been having disconnects 3 times a day for the past 2 weeks, ranging from 10 minutes to an hour.

Utterly disgusting service, I truly hate Virgin Media and hoped we had never chosen to use them.

Experiences vary.  I have been with them since they bought up NTLWorld in the SG1 area who I was with since they bought out CableTel.  I've through house sharing on occasion had access to a BT service or similar, and VM have always been the better of the two.

I have had 3-4 reasons to post on the forum about issues but they have been quite literally years apart with fairly quick responses and help each time.

I don't think VirginMedia are the most amazing company out there but thus far I've gotten value for money.  That said I only use them for Broadband so cannot speak for the other services.

Good luck with your situation, I hope it gets resolved soon.

Can anyone advise on the current average waiting time for support via the forum?

It's been a week now with the problem repeating daily although never at the same time.
