Sorry to hear about the problems with your connection. I've just taken a look and I can see what you mean. Your power levels are out of range and you're getting quite a lot of time-outs. The engineer has been round and replaced various bits and bobs. Says it was faulty wiring and connections. I've been payin for hd and been watching pixels for months. He said the wifi wasn't working at the connection too so no wonder I've lost my wifi every 2 hours
Is there any credits available as I did wonder if virgin were just plain awful or was I just unlucky. I was already heading back to sky
