I have now had 2 Virgin Netgear Router - 'Superhub 2's. Myself and Virgin have failed to get these working on my system so I am left using my original Virgin Superhub.
What do Virgin wish me to do with these brand new effectively unused items. If no helpful response from Virgin they will go in the bin as I have wasted hours of time (twice) trying to activate these routers. Virgin advised me to return to the old router.
It means of course I am paying full price but having to use old equipment which irks me!
You may have to wait up to a week for a response on this forum. Best to ring them and ask. Strange that the new SHubs will not register I would have hoped VM would have offered to send an technician if you had followed their procedure without success.
