Returning Super Hub

Hi I have upgraded my Broadband Speed to Vivid 200 which involved getting the Super Hub 3.

However I have not yet received the packaging to return my old Super Hub. I was told it would take upto 7 days before I received it when I upgraded a fortnight ago.

Can someone please tell me when I am likely to receive the packaging?

And now you don't need to return it. VM don't want back anything other than SH3's. Just recycle it safely at your local council's facility. Cool eh?

Hi Keith, when I got my new Superhub 3.0 I was also told it would take up to 7 days to receive a return package for my old Superhub 2 , however mine ended up taking nearly a month to the point where I nearly forgot what the package was for when It got delivered. ^_^

I'm still waiting for my package for click and collect+ label for returning super hub 3 as I'm no longer a virgin customer.

Hi I would suggest keeping your old one until you are happy with the superhub 3 which has loads of bugs and issues.

er - if he's no longer a virgin customer, which is what he said, what's the point of keeping any  hub . except as a doorstop - even if they let him.
