Reset Router Daily

I have the super hub and have to restart daily. I do not know why, i only find out when i check my phone in the morning that it is not working also it is not just wireless issue as it also affects my PC which is on Ethernet. Can anyone give advice please?

Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear that your router is needing to be restarted every day, I apologise for any inconvenience.

 

I have tested things from here and I can see that there's a lot of time outs inside the Hubs logs and in order to proceed with getting this resolved an engineer will be required to attend.

 

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
