Reporting a fault with Broadband

To help those broadband customers that don't have a VM landline, why can't VM introduce a simple ticketing system which can be accessed when logged into our accounts. Surely we could use our mobile phone to send VM a fault ticket?

My broadband has been down since 4pm this afternoon, tried calling your 0345 number and was left there hanging on, I gave up after 20mins. Even your online system test don't work..

Not impressed VM....
