When watching Netflix, I regularly end up with the stream paused and the percentage count hanging on 25% for up to a minute before either continuing or failing.
Recently, I got back into Eve Online after several years away and get dropped like clockwork.
I have set up a Broadband Quality Monitor which, so far, has only been running overnight, but it is already revealing!

Updated ping. The first thick red light is when I reset the router (and then forgot to allow ping replies). No idea what caused the second thick bar
Thanks for letting us know about your regular issues with packet loss, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I have run some checks from this side and everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.
Are you still having these issues? If so, what does the Hubs light sequence indicate when the issues occur?
Also, does this occur on both wired and wireless connections?
