Recieved Broadband BUT IM CONFUSED

I'm so confused and I need help, my broadband just arrived today and I haven't received my account number anywhere therefore I can not call the customer services. I've always known broadband to be phone, TV and internet, but I've just only received the internet box and no telephone cable or anything like that. The man that came to fit in the internet told me to call Virgin Media however I cannot access customer services without an account number!!!

You should be able to ring the activation line and wait it out and speak to a human, they can find your details using your name and address to get you going
