Re: 4OD loses connection SmartTV

Hi

I am experiencing the problem with 4OD when the error message "Video unavailable. Please try again later.(ALL4-011)' appears after the adverts and I cannot continue watching the programme.

BBC player ITV player and Demand 5 all work ok.

I have a Panasonic TX-40CS520B Smart TV. I have tried restoring the TV to factory settings and changing from 5G to 2G but it makes no difference.

Neither Panasonic nor Channel 4 have been able to assist.

Can someone help please?
