QuickStart hasn't worked

Hi, just moved house and requested QuickStart. TV is working ok, but broadband and telephone aren't. Should I ring the the number to reactivate again?

Yes.

If TV's fine, your new property has service.

How are your HUB and telephone connecting? Same wall plate as TV or a different one?

Hiya, both come into house at same point, there's a splitter, but TV wire seems to run under floor to the other room.

Have you activated the HUB on the automated line?

Yes, my iPad shows it is connected to my wifi, but I can't access anything....no email, no internet. I assume this suggests the problem is the signal coming to the hub?

Yup sounds like HUB isnt activated. Either its not getting a signal, the signal is too weak or the automated activation has failed.

If you've already used the automated installation line, I would talk to someone direct.
