So I signed up for the new Vivid 200 gamer service, my quickstart pack was supposed to arrive today, but it's been a no show
The order tracking page has no tracking number, only the date it is supposed to arrive on (today)
Is there anything I should, or can do?
Ok quick start box arrived today aok!, but despite reassurances from the Virgin media sales guy, I can't get the service to work
The VM sales guy called round twice and convinced me to sign up, he said I had the proper cabling (we had VM about 3-4 years ago), so I ordered via the website and the pack arrived today
However, the install guide says I need a VM face/wall plate, which I don't have, all I have is a white coaxial cable dangling from our ceiling in the hall way
I screwed it into the hub, but no dice, the internet won't connect!
