Quick start Installation

Hi, I was due to have my package set up yesterday but due to the engineer arriving on the wrong day it didn't happen. I was told I need to wait now until the 26th January however today I have received the following text message: Okay - let's get cracking! We've sent the signal to your home & everything's ready for you, so you can set up your kit. Reply HELP if you get stuck. from the following number: +44 7800 002204

Is this a scam or should I be doing something to set up me box?
