I have been trying to activate my virgin cable/broadband but to no avail. All I get is the please wait your unit is updating message. I have tried both wireless and wired and both work as I can see the bytes coming in and going out under the properties of each connection but cannot get to the activate page. I have tried resetting the box to factory settings and the usual turning on and of that is stated on the website but to no avail. Any help or is it a call from to customer service? Also does anyone know what type of cable goes into the back of the router from the wall point? I wanted to move the modem and wondered where I could get a longer cable.
